REQUIREMENT
BENEFITS OF CREATIVE PRACTICE
Intuition — the idea that individuals can make successful decisions without deliberate analytical thought
  • Deeper Access
The non-verbal part of creativity helps to access, connect with and see parts within that cannot be accessed through a cognitive conversation.
    1
  • Clarity
When addressing situations through the wisdom of the body or a different knowing through form, shape, color movement, and expressive writing we arrive at a much finer level of clarity and insight. This is the uniqueness of the non-linear approach.
    2
  • Play & Exploration
Art materials, new themes, and different viewpoints together with opinions and expressions from other participants bring a whole upgraded level of exploration.
The creative techniques you will be given will bring a playful approach which is essential in creativity.
    3
  • Intuition
Intuition is one of the most important assets for major innovators of mankind. Many of them used creativity to hear that intuitive whispering voice. Einstein used music and nature, Mendileve dreamt his biggest invention. many top leaders ascribe their success to having followed their intuition. New research shows how going with our gut instincts can help guide us to faster, more accurate decisions.
    4
  • & Problem Solving
Helps to see problems or issues from multiple angles, that are not accessible in the day today. The ability to present with the situation in a multidimensional way offers another way to interact with it and naturally changes the engagement and approach to solving the issue.
    5
  • Expression, Connecting, Healing
Drawing , writing, moving, using color and sounds offers a whole different way of connection and expression. When it is no longer within we get to dialogue and be present with it in a physical realm. This is a major part of healing

About Creative Subconscious

Creativity and Collective Consciousness is changing the world

Creative Subconscious was born in Big Sur California, as a reaseach between creativity and human potential. Our founder, an Art Historian and a Curator in the past were drawing parallels between artist's practices and human potential movements. The practical research took the form of workshops at the Esalen Institute that combined elements of somatic awareness, gestalt, cranial-sacral therapy, 5th rhythm dance, shamanic, and major art movements of the 20th century such as surrealism, abstract expressionism, performance art, land art, and process-based art.

Through this research, it becomes evident that everyone is an artist and self-healer with all the answers that they are looking for within them. It all easily reveals itself within one session of the group work.

After a year of this practical research, a whole bodywork emerged which has been taught and practiced across the globe since and paired up with the transformational coaching approach.

To this day Creative Subconscious remains a research platform, always experimenting, evolving, playing, and creating as nature intended.
